Auction Terms: Each property will sell in "as is" condition. No contingencies or home inspection periods. 10% buyer's premium will be added to a successful high bid to create the total purchase price for a single property. No cost to register. $5,000 deposit required for a successful high bid per property. Property must close on or before 30 days. Each property selling subject to seller's acceptance of offer.
