Spring is in full spring and we are excited to see the auction market and traditional housing doing so well. We take a look at the recent contracts and closing by our agents as they navigate a busy start to the 2nd quarter.

First up, the biggest splash so far is the results from our Friday April 10th multi property auction. 13 properties going under contract sets a 2026 record, but a record that we hope to break as the year rumbles on. Included in the sale was the 220 Hayden Ave Rainbow City residential home that had the most compettion. This property saw the most showings and went first in the list. We went on to sign contracts on 12 other investment properties and land lots that will all close in 30 days or less.
