Good demand for auction properties and traditional real estate is encouraging as the temps heat up. As the grass is turning greener, we are seeing a trend of buying that is both enocouraging for investors looking to flip properties, as well as growing a rental portforlio.
Our March 20th multi property auction saw most listings going under contract. By the time of this post, most of them are closed or scheduled to be closed with their cash buyers. Curious what our auctions are like? Here are a few of our recent results.

Not every house has to be high dollar to be a success in our book! Our March auction featured multiple ranch style homes, but the Rainbow City 3br/2ba on Sutton Bridge Rd really stood out. Plenty of interior space for a family with a large corner lot and detached garage, this home will be a very sought after rental home in a local investor’s growing portfolio.
