Summer Sales Beat Projections

Our June 5th, July 24th and August 28th mutli property auctions were all a huge success. The summer inventory was low on the regular market, but our auction inventory was able to keep up with demand. Most homes met expectations on price, while some exceeded expected bid prices as bidders competed for remodel projects or potential rental properties. Lower retail market inventory tends to drive the remodel needs and this summer was no different.

Even Greener Pastures Ahead

With so many sales in the summer months, what can we expect for the fall? If the coming line up of auctions is any indication, it should be good for both buyers and sellers.

Luxury Waterfont

Headlining our offerings will be a gorgeous luxury estate on the Coosa River. An expansive home regularly used for as a wedding venue, this one property will grab attention and should draw a head crowd.

Huge Inventory Auction

Our 7th auction should be the largest in volume for the year. We are projecting over 20 properties, so this event should appeal to investors looking to add doors to their portfolios, or new buyers looking to start their first flip with a low cost of entry.

Homesteads Incoming!

This years rural pickings have been slim, but that's about to change. In 4th quarter 2025, we will be offering multiople homestead and farm properties with acerage. Some will be selling on site, while others will have a central location for bidding on seperate properties to take place.

As usual, we will send out posts and updates as autiond dates and addresses are announced, so sign in on our website to be included on our email and text lists!
