Our Real Estate Brokerage has gone fully independent and we are excited to announce some huge updates! As an Alabama based real estate and auction company licensed to sell homes in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee and Montana, we have made a giant leap in how we work for you, our clients. 
The short story is that we offer the same great services to our clients for buying and selling homes while providing a quality brokerage for our agents and as we grow as a company, we are rolling out some new updates and services so we can better serve our community and our clients.

Less paperwork, more client focus:
In February of this year, our brokerage became one of the first real estate companies in our area to leave the National Association of Realtors. This will save our agents $600 a year thanks to no more union dues and our clients will not be forced to sign overbearing legal documents (buyer agreements) just to view a home. As we leave the trademarked “Realtor” nickname behind, we continue to offer the same quality representation that we have been known for as licensed real estate agents since we opened in 1995.
A greater focus on our agents and their families:
Hey real estate agents! We are now offering our agents 90/10 splits on commissions along with keeping more money in your pocket by not having to pay the ever increasing NAR union dues OR costly lockbox apps. We operate under the idea that simple works best. No required office meetings, quotas or phone duty. 
By October 1st, we are completing our swap to our new MyStateMLS which allows us to market our listings in ALL of the states that we operate and advertise them nationwide and even to an international audience! MyStateMLS still syndicates with all of the big real estate websites without the red tape, but with so much more marketing opportunities.  Need to sell a condo at the beach or list a property outside ValleyMLS’s coverage? MystateMLS leverages Realtordotcom’s Pro Search to check active and sold comps across the nation.  At only $45 a month to our agents, this MLS cuts out unnecessary costs while still providing modern marketing and exposure for our listings that our sellers expect.
