1st Quarter 2025 Auction Gold Rush

 

The dust has settled on January and February auctions and the results are in: Buyers are back at it! Residential and investment properties are in high demand with steep competition due to a lower inventory and rental shortages in desirable areas.

 

January 30th Multi Property Auction

 

 

With our 100 seat venue room packed, 11 properties were offered at auction with TEN reaching reserve and going under contract. That’s 10 cash contracts, plus plenty of buyers still in need of additional properties to purchase. Notably, our Oliver Drive Rainbow City listing attracted bidders from multiple areas with the intention of buying the brick rancher as a personal dwelling. Other bidders and winners came from as far as Georgia, Texas and Virginia.

 

Gulf Shores Feb 15th Land Auction

 

 

No tract is too small or too far for us! We took our show on the road to Gulf Shores AL and had a great on-site auction for a highly desirable recreational lot. Bidders came from down the street, across town and even Canada to participate.
